Before going to bed each night, think for five minutes about the achievement possibilities of the morrow. Do something that makes you feel HAPPY! Like eating a piece of chocolate or having a cup of coffee with a friend or taking a walk at the park or donating your time or taking a bubble bath or playing with your pet or going for a ride in a spaceship….something that really makes you happy!!
